Equipment Leasing and Finance Association CEO to leave at end of year, will be replaced by COO and longtime staffer Petta Sutton Petta Woody Sutton will step down as president and CEO of the $9 million-revenue Equipment Leasing and Finance Association at the end of the year, the organization announced Jan. 30. COO Ralph Petta will assume leadership of the group at the start of 2016. Sutton has led ELFA since 2010.
